It is a fact that oral cleaning is essential, but the problem starts when we take it seriously.

In addition, eating too much at dinner is bad, especially if we want to avoid insomnia and its harmful consequences for our body.

This vegetable so popular in many places holds a secret that is worth revealing. The starch it contains converts to sugar when refrigerated.

The problem with this is that, when cooked, it becomes carcinogenic. For example, some studies have revealed that potatoes that are stored in the freezer and later fried form a cancer-related substance.

I opened the windows in the morning

Leaving windows open all day is one of the habits that cause illness.

I assure you that your mother or grandmother had told you that the house needs to be “aired” when we get up, especially if it was sunny in the morning or after many days of rain.

This advice was good for times past, or for those who don’t live in the city. Even though we think the incoming air is fresh, it is full of contamination that can make us sick.

Heat food in plastic containers

It’s very common to take food to work to save some money. Plastic containers are thus used as plates and bowls. Therefore, they are placed directly in the microwave   to heat up.

Besides the use of this oven being bad for our health, things get complicated when we introduce the pot: the plastic contains Bisphenol A, a chemical compound that, at high temperatures, becomes toxic and is inevitably passed on to food.
