  • 1 cup of oats (90 g)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (20 g)

The simplest way to prepare these oat pancakes is with a blender. However, it can also be done by hand:

  • Beat the egg well and add water or milk, vanilla, brown sugar and coconut oil. Tap again.
  • Let’s add the ripe bananas to the preparation, and beat or knead well with a fork.
  • Finally, we’ll add oats and cocoa powder.
  • Once we have the dough ready, we can cook it in a pan with a little oil, for about 5 minutes. Don’t forget to turn it over so it doesn’t burn  .
