This recipe is for lovers of multiple flavors, colors and textures. The ingredients needed are:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • salt, pepper and thyme
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 300 ml of sour cream

How to prepare?

First, cut the zucchini into sticks, chop the garlic and peppers into cubes. Afterwards, saute with olive oil, salt and thyme.

Once done, cut the eggplants into cubes and add them to the broccoli and the initial mixture. Separately, mix in eggs, cream and mustard.

Finally, mix them with the stew. When cold, fill the pie dough and bake until golden, acquiring the proper texture, color and consistency.

How to prepare?
